The TransTherm® universal bottom with a strong aluminum core transfers heat quickly and directly from the cooking area to the inside of the pan. The temperature can be precisely regulated and cooking does not require the highest level of knowledge. You can monitor the cooking process through the heat-resistant glass cover.
