Its dark roasting process unleashes its powerful, full aroma. It is the Arabica coffee beans from Central America that give this ristretto its characteristic malty undertones. When combined with Robusta beans from India and Arabica beans from Africa, it gives an intense, pleasantly tangy coffee flavour with a sustained finish.

The dark roasting process gives this coffee its typical smoky character. This and its fine grind allow a strong coffee flavour to unfold – specially for the small cup.
The sophisticated tang of this ristretto blends with its intense roasty aromas and a tangible malty undertone. A mellow, rich body evolves, balanced by a delicate hint of oak.
